My apartment is fucking freezing. God I love air conditioning. I put the AC unit in the kitchen window. It's separated from the living room by a wall and a hallway, but the conditioned air manages to make its way out here no problem, and cools my entire place down. Mind you, buying a more expensive unit (6,000 BTU) helps.
I'm slowly easing off of the lorazepam. I really, really like lorazepam at night, but it gives me a hangover during the day that not even a pot of coffee can shake. So the goal is to slowly, ever-so-slowly bring the dosage down. I'd like to cut it out entirely. I think I'm ready.
