Just back from a wonderful excursion: had a nice lunch, went to visit an old friend, did a fantastic grocery shop (I think I broke my bundle buggy lol) and back home to see a couple of new friends. Now? Enjoying President's Choice medium roast coffee (with real cream) and getting dinner started. I'm going to make mock ho fun noodles. I call it mock because it's my own improvisation (simply sesame oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce, spiked with Frank's Red Hot which I had to put back lol and the spaghetti noodles are fried a bit in olive oil for the health factor) and it turns basic noodles into something tasty.
I really, really have to put in some working hours. I'm getting there, really I am. *shrugs*
