The past couple of days have been rough. Anxiety attacks come and go. Hard to stay focused. Hard to feel "well." The anxiety even follows me to sleep, because for three nights in a row, I've been tearing off the CPAP mask without any recollection of doing it.
Despite many challenges, I've got to get my routine in gear: early morning workout at the gym, and putting some hours in at my business. I don't even understand at this point why this is so difficult for me.
