Okay, so I washed the CPAP mask with soapy, vinegary water and soaked the hose. Chalk one up to productivity for me! *LOL* I'm going over to my dear friend Robert's after lunch to work on his archiving project, then back home for supper and I am going to put at least a couple a three hours into working today. I've simply got to get my business up and running.
I'm thinking "early morning" for the gym. If I get up at, say, 6am, have a quick coffee then power-walk to Yonge and College, I can put in a leisurely couple of hours daily and be back before I have to start my day. The project I'm doing is ongoing, so I need to budget 1 - 3 hours a day with Robert, and I need to focus on at least doing 4 hours (at the least) working my business. It's just complicated right now. I've got so many things to try and "fit" every day, and my energy and wellness levels don't necessarily follow my schedule! When I think about it sensibly, I'm just going to have to tell my brain and body to "deal with it", and hope that following a routine despite how good or bad I might be feeling will, given time, work itself into the pores of my "psyche", and before long routine will be just that: routine. It's complicated, but doable.
